Ed Matlage [center], Miller Transporters Inc, received a plaque of appreciation for his service as the 2009 Tank Cleaning & Environmental Council chairman. Pete Nativo [far right], Transport Service Co, assumed the 2010 chairmanship and Jay Sims, Shreveport Tank Wash, was named vice-chairman.
