Until permanent LNG fueling stations built in 2013, Clean Energy has supplied portable fueling systems at Green Energy’s facilities in Fairfield and Gonzalez TX.Green Energy drivers quickly learn the procedures for<br />safely refueling the LNG-fueled tractors.A dispatcher at the Fairfield office uses the GeoForce GPS system to monitor and dispatch the Green Energy fleet.In addition to the LNG-fueled Westport HD GX15 engine, Peterbilt Model 388 daycabs were spec’d with Eaton 13-speed transmissions, 40,000-lb-capacity Dana Spicer drive axles, Bendix air-disc brakes and roll stability, and Peterbilt Airtrac air suspension.
