A worker at the former PSC Container Services facility in LaPorte TX adjusts hardware on a steel intermediate bulk container (IBC). The facility was among 21 locations that became part of QualaWash Holdings LLC when it bought PSC Container Services in January.

The facility was among 21 locations that became part of QualaWash Holdings LLC when it bought PSC Container Services in JanFrom its launch, QualaWash Holdings LLC has been led by Mike Bauer [on left] and Terry O’Brien. In a very short amount of time, they have built QualaWash into the largest tank cleaning company in North America.Tank trailer cleaning was the focal point for both QualaWash Holdings and PSC Container Services, and the combined company makes QualaWash the largest, and possibly most diversified, commercial tank wash company in the United States with 53 locations.
QualaWash Holdings and PSC Container Systems were compatible in a number of ways. For instance, both companies ran vat-style chemical wash systems that were designed in-house and fabricated to their specifications.QualaWash Holdings became the biggest IBC servicing player in the United States with the PSC Container Systems acquisition. However QualaWash management team had already targeted IBCs as a growth avenue.Acres of trailer parking are on hand at the former PSC Container Services facility in LaPorte TX. Wherever possible at its facilities, new or old, QualaWash Holdings wants to be able to offer customers ample office space and plenty of trailer parking.
