Anne Ferro, administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, congratulated members of the A&R Transport management team for the winning effort that brought the dry bulk hauler its second NTTC Outstanding Performance Trophy for tank truck safety. A&R Transport was represented by [from left] Wes Van Bruggen, Paul Sweeden, Jeff O’Connor, Andrew Mantey, and Kenneth Pate. Heil Trailer International has sponsored the trophy for more than 25 years.
