Bridgestone/Firestone and the Tire Retread Information Bureau are co-sponsoring distribution of more than 100,000 tire inflation brochures at the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance’s Roadcheck 2001 program to be held June 5–7, 2001, throughout North America. The four-page brochure titled, What Are the High Costs of Low Air Pressure?, is non-commercial and originally appeared in Bridgestone’s tire topic magazine, Real Answers. Brochures will be distributed by highway patrol officers at weight stations in all 50 states and United States territories, and all Canadian provinces and territories.
