Polar Service Centers opened another location June 4, 2001, in Joliet IL. The latest addition, a service and parts facility on Highway 6, offers parts, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on both tractors and trailers. This opening by Polar is the second in 2001, following an opening in Aurora CO. These additions bring the total number of Polar Service Centers locations to 10: Houston TX, Port Allen LA, Spartanburg SC, Morgantown PA, Marietta OH, Joliet IL, Holdingford MN, Ste Genevieve MO, Springfield MO, and Aurora CO.
