Inergy acquires United Propane, EOTT Energy

Inergy LP, Kansas City MO, has acquired United Propane Inc, Millersville MD, and the West Coast natural gas liquids (NGL) business of EOTT Energy LP, according to Energy information.

United Propane delivered approximately 23 million gallons of propane in the last twelve months and serves nearly 30,000 customers from 12 customer service centers in Maryland, Delaware, and West Virginia.

The EOTT business includes gas processing, fractionation, 6.1 million gallons of above-ground NGL storage, truck and rail distribution facilities, and a 23-tractor NGL transportation fleet, all located in south central California.
