World Point acquires Baltimore facility

World Point Terminals Inc, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, has completed the $17.09 million purchase of a storage terminal located in Baltimore MD from Center Terminal Co.
The 1.1-billion-barrel facility will be transferred to the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Center Point Terminal Co that operates the World Point's terminals in the United States.
Connected to the Colonial pipeline, the terminal is used primarily for the distribution of gasoline, diesel, and other light oil products.
