Hendricks Holdings acquires ST&E

ST&E Fabrication LLC has been acquired by Hendricks Holdings Co and is now known as Stainless Tank & Equipment Co LLC, according to information from Charlie Graham, executive vice-president, operations.
The company continues to operate in Cottage Grove WI and is owned by Ken Hendricks.
"Under the new ownership we will be investing in new equipment and operator training, as well as provide the working capital needed to grow the business," Graham said.
The management team also includes Kellee Thomas, senior vice-president, administration and finance.
