The American Trucking Associations has welcomed Lytx Inc (formerly DriveCam) as the newest sponsor of ATA’s show trucks: Interstate One and Share the Road.
Both the Interstate One and Share the Road trucks are driven by an elite group of professional drivers with millions of miles of accident-free driving. Now as part of this sponsorship agreement, the trucks will be using the DriveCam powered by Lytx Program, to showcase the vital role technology plays in improving driving safety and preventing collisions on US highways.
ATA’s tractor-trailers travel across the nation allowing the public, policymakers, and the media to see firsthand what a truck driver experiences on the road, in their mobile office. America’s Road Team Captains showcase the trucking industry’s newest safety technology, explain the impact trucking has on everyday life, and educate the motoring public on how to safely share the road with large trucks.
