Diesel price slipping

The price of on-road diesel continues to slip, falling less than a cent last week from the week before. Average price across the nation was $2.676 per gallon, down from $2.681, according to Department of Energy information.

For the same time period, low sulfur diesel fell one cent per gallon, topping off at $2.634 per gallon. Ultra low sulfur diesel dropped less than a cent per gallon at $2.690.
