CHS Inc, a leading farmer-owned cooperative and a global energy, grains, and foods company, and Wildcat Minerals LLC, an independent distributor of oilfield consumables, recently announced the formation of a strategic partnership to develop transload terminals alongside CHS-owned grain and agronomy operations across the United States. CHS and Wildcat expect the co-location of multiple Wildcat terminals at existing CHS rail facilities by year-end.
