Brenntag, Mulheim an der Ruhr, Germany, has acquired Ulrich Chemical Inc, Indianapolis IN, according to Brenntag information.
Ulrich Chemical offers chemicals and services to industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, paint and coatings, plastics, municipal water and wastewater, and cosmetics and personal care. The company has locations in Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois.
