Walker Group announces Brenner Tank acquisition

Walker Group Holdings LLC, New Lisbon WI, has agreed in principal to purchase Brenner Tank LLC of Fond du Lac WI from Peterson Industries LLC, according to Walker information.
Brenner is a North American manufacturer of stainless steel and aluminum tank trailers for the transportation of food, chemical, environmental, and petroleum products. In addition to its headquarters and main manufacturing plant in Fond du Lac, Brenner maintains parts and repair facilities in Mauston WI, Houston TX, Memphis TN, Ashland KY, and Gonzalez LA.
No financial details of the transaction are being made available, according to the Walker information.
