Plains to purchase trucking assets

Plains All American Pipeline LP, Houston TX, has announced that its subsidiary, Plains Marketing Canada, LP, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Canadian trucking assets of Flint Hills Resources Ltd.
The fleet includes over 50 trailers used for crude oil and condensate that operate in crude oil producing areas in Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of October, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
