OTA supports capping truck speed

A proposal for a truck maximum speed law for Ontario, Canada, has gained support from the Ontario Trucking Association (OTA).

The proposal calls for all trucks operating in Ontario to activate their engine speed limiters and to cap the maximum speed for trucks at no more than at 105 kilometers per hour (65 miles per hour), according to OTA information.
