Dow receives hazmat prevention award

The Dow Chemical Company has received the Hazardous Accidental Release Prevention (HARP) Excellence Award from the Kansas City Railway Company (KCSR).
The award recognizes KCSR customers who demonstrate excellence in safety, environmental protection and regulatory compliance.
Dow also received the HARP Excellence Award for having zero non-accidental releases in 200 tank car shipments with KCSR in 2004.
