Miller opens New Orleans LA facility

Miller Transporters Inc announces the opening of its newest facility in New Orleans LA. Brandon Mosley, formerly a dispatcher at Miller’s Mobile AL facility, has accepted the position of terminal manager. A Daphne AL native, Brandon has been with Miller since December 2005.
The New Orleans operation officially opened December 6, 2010, but MTI has a long history of servicing the tank truck needs of southeast Louisiana. With a presence in Baton Rouge that is entering into its fourth decade, Miller has served the many chemical facilities that operate in the New Orleans area. This expansion allows Miller to offer a greater variety of services that include containers, dedicated opportunities, local pick-up and deliveries, and regional and long-haul dispatching. The location offers the potential for rail transloading through a third party.
