Diesel rises 1.4 cents

The average price of diesel across the nation rose 1.4 cents last week, ringing up at $2.817 cents per gallon, according to Department of Energy information.

The price of low sulfur diesel and ultra low sulfur (ULSD) diesel followed suit. At $2.752 per gallon last week, low sulfur diesel was 1.2 cents per gallon less than the week before. ULSD was $2.836 per gallon, up 1.4 cents per gallon from the week before.
