Diesel price continues rise

The average retail price for on-highway diesel rose 37 cents to $2.654 per gallon last week, according to information reported April 10 by the federal Energy Information Administration. The price for the preceding week was $2.617 per gallon.
The prices increased in all areas of the country, including the East Coast, New England, Central Atlantic, Lower Atlantic, Midwest, Gulf Coast, Rocky Mountains, West Coast, and California.
