Walker Group Holdings LLC, New Lisbon WI, has acquired Garsite/Progress LLC, Kansas City KS, and Progress Tank, Arthur IL, according to Walker information.

Garsite is a manufacturer of specialized aviation refueler trucks and hydrant carts. Progress Tank is a manufacturer of vacuum and refined fuel tanks constructed of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. In addition to the Kansas City and Arthur facilities, Garsite also has a refueler refurbishment and sales operation in Findlay OH.

Walker announced earlier in June that it had acquired Brenner Tank LLC. Walker said the operating management teams at Progress/Garsite and Brenner will remain in place. In addition, the Brenner, Progress, and Garsite brand names and technologies are well-recognized and those distinct brands will continue to be supported in the marketplace.
