CTL increases
driver pay package

Jan 13, 2009 9:24 AM

CTL Transportation, LLC (CTL), Mulberry FL, has announced an increase to its company driver pay package, effective January 1, according to CTL information.

The average annual pay increase for CTL's professional tank truck company drivers is between $1,500 and $2,500.

"In light of current economic conditions, this pay increase should especially indicate our commitment to our professional driving force,” Ken Bauer, president of CTL, stated.

The changes include significant increases in the longevity pay for CTL’s existing drivers, as well as for newly hired experienced drivers.

The longevity pay schedule is designed to compensate drivers based on their tractor-trailer driving experience. With these changes, CTL has also added additional pay to its accessorial pay items as well as increased some pay schedule stages.
