Horizon Fleet Management software from Melton Technologies now offers Automated Messaging through People Net mobile communications services.
Automated Messaging allows fleets to automate routine messages and highlight exceptions across the load cycle. The capability replaces conventional business processes that require drivers to communicate with dispatchers manually. Automated Messaging is a component of PACOS, a series of systems for automating fleet activities.
