Groendyke Transport Inc has selected Pegasus TransTech's Transflo Express truck stop scanning service.

Transflo Express is the latest step in a Pegasus TransTech system for controlling costs, streamlining payroll and billing processes, and positioning the company to grow without adding workers. Groendyke has implemented the Transflo in-house system and is in the process of deploying Transflo Express truckstop scanning.

“So many of our customers have specialized needs as far as what documentation they require with invoices,” said Dan Buckley, vice-president of administrative services and chief information officer for Groendyke. “We're implementing Transflo Express truckstop and terminal scanning, as well as the Transflo imaging and workflow system, primarily to reduce the amount of manual labor required to process invoicing.”

Transflo and Transflo Express will expedite Groendyke's ability to provide customers with critical documents, including online access to proof-of-delivery documents.
