Williams Energy Finishes Terminal Purchase

Williams Energy Partners LP, Tulsa OK, has completed purchasing two petroleum terminal facilities in Little Rock AR from Denver CO-based TransMontaigne Inc for $29 million. The Little Rock facility has a 428,000-barrel storage capacity and handles primarily gasoline and diesel. With this acquisition, Williams Energy has 26 inland storage terminals. Among its other assets are four marine terminals and an ammonia pipeline system.
