Vopak sells interest in DPF

Koninklijke Vopak NV (Royal Vopak) has reached an agreement in principle to sell its 21.03% shareholding in Dépôt Pétroliers de Fos SA (DPF), Marseille, France, to Agip and the French companies Dyneff and Petrovex (Auchan). Both Agip and Dyneff already are shareholders in DPF.
