Tripmaster Corp has established the Support Provider Certification Program. In this program, graduates are designated Certified Support Providers (CSP).

Graduates are authorized to conduct customer-training classes, perform new-customer implementations, and provide field support for Tripmaster systems.

To earn CSP certification, students must successfully complete a vehicle installation training program, instructor course, Microsoft Windows OS training, and support provider course. Certification is now required for all technical support personnel who work for Tripmaster and its authorized resellers.
