Titan Industries has debuted Titanium Blue, its proprietary latex rubber compound with superior abrasion-resistant characteristics. This blue latex rubber compound is designed for demanding industrial environments such as mining, rock, sand, gravel and aggressive material handling applications. Titanium Blue latex has resilient characteristics that provide long-lasting wear and extend the life of a hose.

It is available through Titan's custom-made hose operations and built into any Titan hose specification with the required tube thickness and end fittings. Custom end fittings can also be lined with Titanium Blue to achieve a heavy-duty, abrasion-resistant built-in rubber flange or Rotalok-style fitting.
