Dixon Bayco's new Model 3030 SQ 3" swing check valves provide complete flow reversal prevention in dry bulk transport. The valves are designed to protect foodgrade and sensitive dry bulk contents at temperatures up to 350° F.

These valves provide low-resistance and full-flow performance. Computer-aided design eliminates flow restrictions through the body. Cast-aluminum construction includes elastomer permanently bonded to the metal flapper. All swing check valve materials are foodgrade and able to tolerate high temperatures. In addition, the sealed, compartmentalized cartridge contains all functioning components — keeping them well away from the blower and the dry bulk contents and providing for quick replacement. A bolt- on removable lid simplifies inspection and flapper repair/rebuild without removal from the dry bulk tank.
