Stolt-Nielsen expands Houston terminal

The Stolt-Nielsen Transportation Group (SNTG), Greenwich CT, is expanding its Houston TX terminal, according to company information. The project, which includes the construction of nine storage tanks, is expected to be completed within the next two-to-three months. Currently, the facility has a storage capacity of 2.37 million barrels with 133 storage tanks. Although the company continues to review projects for further expansions, it has set no date for seeking new construction bids. SNTG provides transportation services for bulk liquid chemicals, edible oils, acids, and other specialty liquids.
