Schneider receives ISO 9001:2000 designation

Schneider National Inc, Green Bay WI, has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification. The certification includes design, development, and execution of customer-facing processes at its Green Bay and Farmington Hills MI locations. ISO 9001:2000 addresses quality management system requirements for organizations. Achieving ISO 9001:2000 certification means that the carrier has successfully identified and demonstrated its capability to meet customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction. The company completed an external audit of its customer-facing processes, including its ability to design, develop and execute transportation solutions for customers, in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 guidelines. ABS Quality Evaluations, an accredited third-party registrar that offers certification to a range of industries, conducted the external audit.
