Regional will offer liquid bulk transloading and transportation services. The project is Regional's first stand-alone transloading operation in partnership with East Tennessee Railway.

The facility will handle hazardous materials, including Class 5 oxidizers and Class 8 acids. The combination service is expected to double in size during the first year to handling over 500 railcars per year, and will serve customers in Tennessee, Virginia, Kentucky, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
