Quality Carriers adds new foodgrade affiliate partner

Quality Carriers Inc, Tampa FL, has added a new affiliate partner, Quality Food Grade Carriers (QFGC). QFGC, based in Winter Haven FL, primarily hauls juice and milk products.
The venture includes approximately 40 drivers with plans to expand to 150 drivers during the coming year. QFGC is owned by Stephan Vaughn, who manages the operation along with Jeff Richards.
The affiliate's current customer base includes Tropicana, Kroger, Kraft, Publix, Dairy Farmers of America, Southeast Milk, and T C Jacoby. It is the 120th freight terminal in Quality Carriers' network, and the largest location focusing on transporting foodgrade products.
Greg Vavrik and Brian Wilt at Quality Carriers will help coordinate future sales opportunities. The carrier expects to expand the foodgrade effort to take advantage of customer’s needs on both a local and national level.
