Premier Pneumatics Inc's ProRate Gravimetric Blender accurately and continuously meters raw materials from one to eight ingredient feeders into a central station hopper. Its design allows for varying capacities of 20 to 30,000 pounds per hour per blender.

The Gravimetric Batch Blender is available in 2.5-, 5-, and 12-kg sizes handling 300 to more than 5,000 pounds per hour, depending on the accuracy setting. Each ingredient is dispensed sequentially into a common weighing hopper in the desired proportion. Weighed materials are then released into a separate mixing chamber, providing a consistent blend.
