Pilot Travel Centers acquires 60 Williams TravelCenters

The acquisition of 60 Williams TravelCenters Inc by Pilot Travel Centers LLC has been completed. This acquisition includes fuel inventory, merchandise, and supplies. The 60 locations are in 15 states, primarily in the Midwest, Southeast, and Southwest.
Work has begun to rebrand the facilities as Pilot Travel Centers.
When the William TravelCenters properties are incorporated, the combined operations will have approximately 12,500 employees and 295 locations in 37 states.
