Oklahoma Tank Lines/United Petroleum Transports, Oklahoma City OK, has presented its 2003 Professional Driver of the Year Award to JAMES "BUSTER" BOWHAY. He has been a driver for the company for 14 years and has accumulated over 1.6 million miles during his career. Other drivers were in the running for the nomination included: Ray Ornelas, Odessa TX; Kermith Johnson, Abilene TX; Frank Herin, Amarillo TX; Raymond Jensen, Tulsa OK; Keith Baker, Oklahoma City OK; John Friesen, Odessa TX; Michael Ledford, Oklahoma City, OK; Walter Marquez, Albuquerque NM; Sonny Wyatt, Oklahoma City OK; and Charles Rutledge, San Antonio TX.
