Tank truck veteran Stephen F Keister died February 9 from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. He was 49. Keister worked for Atlantic Bulk Carrier Corp more than 30 years. Starting as a part-time employee, he most recently handled specialized operations. He was the brother of A Marlene Short, secretary of Atlantic Bulk Carrier. Keister is survived by his wife, Kathleen; and two children, Daniel and Regan.
