Nova Fabricating Files Chapter 7

Nova Fabricating Inc, a stainless steel cargo tank manufacturer in Avon MN, filed for Chapter 7 liquidation bankruptcy on July 30. A creditor meeting is set for September 4 at the US courthouse in Minneapolis MN. The company reported assets of $2.59 million and debts of $2.64 million. Nova Fabricating ceased operations earlier this year in the face of industrywide plummeting demand for new stainless steel cargo tanks.
