MGM Brakes offers two separate in-house training seminars for dealer sales, service, and parts personnel and/or their fleet customers: product sales training and safety/maintenance training.

Seminars are provided at no charge and are generally conducted as “Fleet Night” meetings. Participants receive their own reference materials and manuals. Upon completion of a seminar, a certificate of attendance is presented.

Topics covered in seminars range from spring brake design and operation to troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Training is complemented by the self-paced, learn-at-home BrakeTECH and BrakeTECH Service programs that educate participants on the entire MGM product line, as well as how to maintain, service, and troubleshoot spring brake problems.
