The shift to 15-ppm diesel, which begins in mid-2006, will present major distribution challenges for all of the players in the refined fuels supply chain. Part Two of this special report in Modern Bulk Transporter examines how petroleum fleets and their customers (including truck stops and other trucking companies) will be affected.
