Lewis-Goetz and Co Inc., headquartered in Pittsburgh PA, and one of North America's largest industrial distributors, has completed its acquisition of Goodall Rubber Co from Trelleborg AB, a Swedish manufacturing company. Lewis-Goetz acquired substantially all of the assets of the United States company, and those assets included all of the stock of outstanding shares in the Canadian company.

The transaction included a hose manufacturing plant in Collingwood, Ontario. In all, the combined companies will have more than 50 locations throughout North America. This marks the 12th acquisition in the past 21 years for Lewis-Goetz.
