Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP (KMP), Houston TX, has acquired three terminals from The Boswell Oil Co for $20 million in cash. The terminals are in Cincinnati OH, Pittsburgh PA, and Vicksburg MS. More than 30 dry bulk terminals are now owned by KMP, transloading more than 50 million tons of coal, petroleum coke, soda ash, cement, and other materials annually.

KMP also owns more than 40 liquids terminals that have a storage capacity of more than 50 million barrels for petroleum products and chemicals.
