Hoyer to acquire Abram De Haan Group

Hoyer GmbH is acquiring the Dutch forwarding group Abram De Haan Group to further increase its mineral oil logistics market share in Europe. The Abram De Haan Group has locations in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Its core business is mineral oil transports.

After the acquisition, Hoyer will add 138 trucks to the group's mineral oil transport fleet. All 292 employees of De Haan will be retained by Hoyer.

Services of De Haan are not restricted to the mineral oil business, but also include gas and waste transports as well as container trucking.
