Hoffman Is Acquired

Gardner Denver Inc, Quincy IL, has completed its previously announced acquisition of Hoffman Air and Filtration Systems from Invensys plc for approximately $45 million. Hoffman, headquartered in Syracuse NY, supplies multistage centrifugal blowers and vacuum systems, primarily for wastewater treatment and industrial applications.
