Hadley Products, a Grandville MI manufacturer of mirror, horn, and suspension components and systems for commercial vehicles, has acquired B&R Mfg, an Elkhart IN manufacturer of mirror systems for transit and shuttle bus, motor coach, and recreational vehicles.

B&R will become a division of Hadley while retaining its workforce and facilities. Robert Dubsky will function as president of the expanded Hadley company, with Robert Loper, founder of B&R, as general manager at the Elkhart location.

Characterized by both companies as a strategic acquisition, the strength and complementary product lines of the two companies will enable the new, combined company to provide both customer bases with a broader range of products and systems.
