The United States Department of Transportation's Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA) has named Suzanne M Te Beau associate administrator for policy and congressional affairs. Most recently, Te Beau served with the House of Representatives Subcommittee on Highways and Transit as senior advisor on hazardous materials and pipeline transportation safety.
Thomas P Dunne has been named associate assistant administrator for the Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response. His experience includes service with the Environmental Protection Agency as acting regional administrator, Region 10, and also as an associate administrator in charge of the agency's Office of Regional Operations and State/Local Relations.
