D J Gribbin has been named chief counsel for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and Brigham A McCown has been appointed to that role for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Gribbin comes to FHWA from Koch Industries, where he had served as director of public sector business development since 1999. McCown joins FMCSA from the Dallas TX office of the law firm Winstead Sechrest & Minick PC, where he has practiced since 2001.
