Jack Murray has been named the new deputy administrator of the Department of Transportation (DOT) Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA). Murray has been acting deputy administrator of RSPA since November 1999 while continuing as associate administrator of the Office of Policy and Program Support, a position he has held since May 1999.
