Going the Extra Mile

Dec 1, 2005 12:00 PM

HEIL Trailer International, Chattanooga, Tennessee, has established a Going the Extra Mile Service Award as a commitment to Heil's distributors and the superior service they provide customers. The first award will be presented in late 2006.

Heil made the announcement at the National Tank Truck Carriers Cargo Tank Maintenance Meeting November 7-9 in Louisville, Kentucky.

Each of four crystal columns on the award trophy represents one of Heil's brand pillars: history of excellence, innovate products and service, a rich culture of building strong relationships, and providing superior service.

Heil has a dealer network of more than 35 independently owned and operated companies, said Lynn Moses, director of customer service.

“The award represents our renewed commitment to Heil's dealer network and their ability to make the difference in the market place,” Moses said.

Heil began in October delivering customer service surveys to each customer who purchases a trailer through their Heil dealer. The dealer with the best overall customer satisfaction rating will receive the award.
