XL Insurance, representing the global insurance operations of XL Capital Ltd, recently honored Edwin S Hibbard of Linden Bulk Transportation Co Inc as its “Driver of the Year.” At a luncheon in his honor, XL Insurance awarded Hibbard with a commemorative pin, a United States Savings Bond, and a certificate citing his career accomplishments. He has driven more than 3 million with one non-preventable accident on his record. He has worked with the Linden family of motor carriers for more than 20 years of his 30-year commercial driving career.
